Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite capillary structure applied to a thin vapor chamber. The composite capillary structure comprises a first metal sheet and a porous metal capillary structure. The first metal sheet is provided with a groove structure, which has a groove bottom face and two groove side walls. The porous metal capillary structure is consecutively formed in the groove structure. The porous metal capillary structure has an upper surface, a lower surface and two side surfaces. The upper surface has a middle recess region and two edge protruding regions. The lower surface is attached to the groove bottom face. The side surface shrinks inwards from the upper surface to the lower surface, and a side wall gap is present between the side surface and the groove side wall. The present invention can effectively improve the capacity of conveying a liquid-phase working fluid from a condensation region to an evaporation region in a thin vapor chamber.
