Abstract:
A composite cloth and a preparation method therefor, related to the field of composite cloth and preparation methods thereof, specifically related to a production technique using waterborne PU screen printing to produce a dual-layer or multilayer composite cloth, the composite cloth comprising two layers or more than two layers of cloth, each cloth layer being adhered together by means of a waterborne PU layer therebetween, a waterborne PU layer including the following components by weight percentages: 30%-50% UV-curable ink; 25%-35% resin; 10%-30% ethylene glycol and/or propylene glycol; 1%-4% photoinitiator; 3%-10% pigment mixture; 10%-40% water. The production method of the composite cloth comprises material preparation, screen printing and cloth layering steps, a screen printing technique being applying 3-7 coatings of a waterborne PU pulp blended according to the above percentages onto a bottom fabric layer or an upper fabric layer.
