Abstract:
A composite diaphragm (11), a preparation method for the composite diaphragm (11), and a sound producing device. The composite diaphragm (11) comprises an adhesive film layer (12) and a supporting layer (13); the adhesive film layer (12) is prepared from a rubber material and a cross-linking agent by means of a cross-linking reaction; the rubber material comprises at least one of an ethylene-acrylate bipolymer and an ethylene-acrylate-unsaturated organic carboxylic acid terpolymer; in parts by mass, 100 parts of the rubber material exist while 0.5-10 parts of the cross-linking agent exist; the adhesive film layer (12) has a modulus of 1-20 MPa; and the supporting layer (13) is made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The adhesive film layer (12) has the characteristics of high damping, high resilience, long service life, oil resistance, weather resistance and the like. The adhesive film layer (12) is firmly bonded with the supporting layer (13), and the modulus of the adhesive film layer (12) is higher than that of a conventional acrylic acid adhesive film/silica gel adhesive film layer. In the forming process of the diaphragm (11), the adhesive film layer (12) is extruded to deform uniformly, the thickness of each part of the diaphragm (11) is uniform, and the reliability is excellent.
