Abstract:
A composite inorganic fireproof board and the preparation method therefor are provided. The composite inorganic fireproof board comprises a heat insulation core layer (14), and strength structural layers (13) composited on the two surfaces of the heat insulation core layer (14) respectively. The heat insulation core layer (14) utilizes inorganic adhesive as gel agent and heat insulation material as filler and is made to a layer structure by gel allocation and pressing, and the strength structural layers (13) utilizes inorganic adhesive as gel agent and is made to a layer structure by mixed gel allocation and pressing. The board has light weight, good heat insulation and fireproof effect, good bending resistance and high compressing resistance strength. In addition, the preparation process is simple, and suitable for batch production.
