Abstract:
A composite last and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite last comprises a last and a clamp. The last comprises an aluminum last core and a plastic last casing. The aluminum last core is provided with an upper end face, and all areas of the aluminum last core except for the upper end face is enclosed in the plastic last casing by means of injection molding. The clamp is detachably mounted on the upper end face of the aluminum last core. The method for manufacturing the composite last comprises four steps: aluminum last core manufacturing, injection molding, cooling and shaping, and finishing.
