Abstract:
In the present invention, a composite particle can be mixed with a resin with excellent dispersibility to produce a resin having favorable characteristics. A resin PR is formed by (a) a step for preparing a first suspension 1S in which composite particles PreEm obtained by covering an inorganic fine particle 10 with a layer of a polymer P1 with a nonionic surfactant NS therebetween are dispersed; (b) a step for vaporizing the liquid component of the first suspension 1S to obtain the composite particles PreEm; (c) a step for melt-kneading the composite particles PreEm and pellets MP1 (P) of a matrix resin; and (d) a step for cooling the mixture of the composite particles PreEm and the matrix resin. In this way, the dispersibility of the composite particles PreEm in the molten resin can be improved and the characteristics of the resin PR can be improved by drying the first suspension 1S containing the composite particles PreEm, then mixing the dried first suspension 1S with the pellets MP1 (P) of the matrix resin, and melting the mixture.
