The present invention relates to a composite pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of brain disease, comprising a cholinesterase inhibitor and an antioxidant, and more specifically to a composition for the prevention or treatment of brain disease, comprising: a cholinesterase inhibitor exhibiting a synergistic effect in neuronal protection and the promotion of neuronal differentiation; and an antioxidant.
