Abstract:
Disclosed are a composite yarn and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The composite yarn comprises a conductive yarn and a silicone rubber coating covering a surface of the conductive yarn, wherein the silicone rubber coating is used for triboelectrification, and the conductive yarn is used as an output electrode. The composite yarn of the present invention can be used for preparing a triboelectric nanometer generator or a wearable fabric sensor. The preparation method for the composite yarn of the present invention comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a cross-linking agent with a silicone rubber prepolymer, and then transferring the mixture of the cross-linking agent and the silicone rubber prepolymer into a vacuum pump for vacuumizing to obtain a silicone rubber colloid; loading the colloidal silicone rubber into a liquid storage pipe connected to a nozzle, and achieving a coating on a surface of the yarn during pulling the conductive yarn which is fed into the liquid storage pipe from the nozzle; and curing the coated yarn after passing through the nozzle to form the composite yarn. By means of the preparation method for the composite yarn of the present invention, a large amount of composite yarn can be obtained continuously in a single process.
