Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a composition containing crosslinkable butyl rubber, the composition whereby an adhesive having excellent gas barrier properties and heat-resistant holding force can be formed. [Solution] A composition containing a hydroxyl-modified butyl rubber prepared from a mixture including butyl rubber and a compound having a hydroxyl group and a thiol group in the molecule thereof, the adhesive force of an adhesive formed from the composition being 3.0 N/25 mm or greater and the displacement length thereof measured by a holding force test under conditions of 80°C and a 1 kg load being 10 mm or less.
