Abstract:

The present invention relates to a composite sheet composition which comprises core-shell type filler particles made of magnetic particles that have a heat-conducting ceramic compound formed on the surfaces thereof and also comprises a curable organic binding agent, and the invention relates to a composite sheet which comprises the core-shell type filler particles and also to a production method for the composite sheet. This composite sheet composition makes it possible to obtain outstanding heat-conducting characteristics and electromagnetic-wave absorbing performance without reducing the dielectric strength, and makes it possible to lower the final composite sheet hardness for a given filler content.
