Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antifungal composition comprising an extract from clove, hibiscus, and coconut as an effective ingredient. The combined extract from clove, hibiscus, and coconut according to the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial and antifungal activity by exerting a direct influence onto harmful microbes while having effects, such as skin wrinkle reduction, dermal inflammation alleviation, antioxidation, etc. Hence, the extract can be advantageously used in a pharmaceutical composition, a cosmetic composition, a preservative for preserving foods or animal foods, etc.
