Abstract:

A composition containing a legoamodipine besylate hydrate and a preparation method therefor, a preparation thereof, and a use thereof, especially a composition of (S)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-1,4-dihydro-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid-3-ethyl ester,5-methyl benzenesulfonate hydrate, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The composition of the legoamodipine besylate hydrate which is crystallized in pure water and dried is easy for industrial production, has no organic solvent residue, and has good thermal stability and good dissolution rate of a solid preparation.
