Title:
COMPOSITION FOR EXTENDING TELOMERE OF CELL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/071665
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exosome for extending telomeres of cells, a composition comprising same, and a preparation method therefor and, more particularly, to an exosome for extending telomeres of cells, the exosome comprising at least one gene product selected from TERT, TERF2, DKC1, TERF2IP, RFC1, RAD50, TERF1, PINX1, TNKS1BP1, ACD, NBN, HSPA1L, PARP1, PTGES3, SMG6, BLM, XRCC5, XRCC6, ERCC4, PRKDC, TEP1, and β-Catenin, a composition comprising same, and a method for inducing an exosome to extend telomeres in cells by direct or indirect physical stimuli to the cells. The composition comprising such exosomes can exhibit an effect even when applied at a low concentration in a non-invasive manner to the living organism, compared to previously disclosed, conventional compositions, and is of high safety. In addition to merely extending telomeres, the composition induces cell division and has the effects of anti-aging, tissue regeneration, wound healing, and scar treatment. In addition, the method for preparing an exosome for extending telomeres allows the preparation to be conducted in a simple manner, has a high yield, and reduces an environmental load, compared to conventional telomere-extending compositions.
