Abstract:
Provided are: a composition having excellent heat resistance; a film obtained using said composition; an optical filter; a solid-state imaging device; an infrared sensor; a camera module; a method for manufacturing an optical filter; a novel compound; and a dispersion composition having excellent light stability. Said composition contains: a compound having a dye structure and a partial structure represented by formula (1); and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a binder and a curable compound. In formula (1), X1 to X4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, or a heteroaryl group; at least one among X1 to X4 is a heteroaryl group; Z1 represents N or N+-RN; RN represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group; and * represents a bonding position with respect to a structure having a dye structure.
