Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food composition for relieving stress, and more particularly, to a food composition for relieving stress, wherein the composition comprises fermented and aged noni and calamansi as active ingredients and thus reduces the secretion of cortisol, which is a stress hormone, and increases the secretion of serotonin, which is a happiness hormone, has no side effects, and is safe for the human body. The composition can be used in a functional health food or pharmaceutical composition. The composition according to the present invention has an excellent antistress effect that suppresses stress.
