Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition which contains: an organic compound that has an acid dissociation constant of 5.0-15.0 in an aqueous solution at 25°C; a hydrophilic resin; and a basic compound. With respect to this composition, the content of the organic compound is 30-1,000 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the hydrophilic resin.
