Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of explosion suppression of coal-bed gas, and discloses a compound explosion suppressor for suppressing explosion of a low-concentration coalbed gas and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the compound explosion suppressor comprises: first, separately grinding disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate, magnesium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate and calcium silicate into powders; then separately passing a talcum powder and the ground powders through a 200-mesh screen and collecting the screened powders for later use; separately weighing the screened powders at a certain ratio, adding the same into a dry powder blender and thoroughly mixing same until homogeneous to obtain a mixed powder; and finally, drying the mixed powder by heating from room temperature to 40°C at a heating rate of 15°C/h and performing constant-temperature drying to obtain the compound explosion suppressor. The various powder materials of the compound explosion suppressor have a synergistic suppressive effect, such that coal-bed gas explosions cannot continue to occur, thus achieving the purpose of suppressing an explosion of a low-concentration coal-bed gas. The compound explosion suppressor of the present invention performs well in suppressing explosions.
