Abstract:
A comprehensive utilization method for kitchen waste. The method comprises the following steps: removing impurities from kitchen waste created on the current day to obtain materials after the impurities are removed; after filtering excess swill, performing sorting, and then crushing preliminarily filtered and sorted materials; sequentially dehydrating, desalinizing and degreasing the crushed materials; and adjusting the dehydrated, desalinized and degreased materials, adding sludge, subjected to ultrasonic radiation, in a sewage treatment plant, then adding crushed straw for mixed fermentation, and using a fermentation product as a farmland fertilizer. According to the method, heat energy can be obtained from collected kitchen waste, and a harmless fermentation treatment is performed on the collected kitchen waste to obtain an organic fertilizer. During the fermentation process, by using electrical energy generated by photovoltaic modules; moreover, fertilizer is made from straw and sludge, thereby being beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of organic kitchen waste.
