Abstract:
Provided is a compression molding die for a "工"-shaped part. The die can be used for compression molding a "工"-shaped part without the need for machining, the production efficiency is high, and no waste of raw materials is caused. The "工"-shaped part comprises a middle shaft (11), an upper wing plate (12) and a lower wing plate (13); the middle shaft has an outer diameter of f and a height of e; and the upper wing plate (12) and the lower wing plate (13) have the same diameter of d and the same height of g, wherein d > f. The molding die comprises: an outer die (2) with an inner diameter of d; an upper pressing disc (3), a lower pressing disc (4) and a half die (5) (composed of two half-ring dies) with the same outer diameter of d and the same inner diameter of f; an upper die (6); a lower die (7); and a core die (8) with a diameter of h. The upper pressing disc (3), the half die (5) and the lower pressing disc (4), which are movable vertically, are arranged in the outer die (2) in a vertically spaced manner; the vertically movable upper die (6) extends into the upper pressing disc (3), and the vertically movable lower die (7) extends into the lower pressing disc (4); and the outer die (2), the upper die (6), the upper pressing disc (3), the half die (5), the lower pressing disc (4) and the lower die (7) define a cavity.
