A compressor preheating control method, which aims to solve the problem of the low control precision and high cost in an existing compressor preheating method. The preheating control method comprises: acquiring the type of a rule of a user using an air conditioner, wherein the types of the rule comprise a regular user type and an irregular user type; when the type of the rule is the regular user type, selectively acquiring a predicted startup moment of the air conditioner; determining a preheating start moment of a compressor on the basis of the predicted startup moment; and preheating the compressor on the basis of the preheating start moment, wherein the type of the rule is determined on the basis of startup records of the user within a first preset historical period before the current date. A compressor is preheated on the basis of a rule of a user using an air conditioner, and therefore, by means of the control method, the preheating control precision of the compressor can be improved, and the preheating costs are saved on.
