Disclosed are a high-speed computer panel saw, a control system, and a working method. The computer panel saw comprises a primary work clamp feeding device (11) and a secondary work clamp feeding device (12); the secondary work clamp feeding device comprises a secondary work clamp mounting seat (311), a secondary work clamp driving mechanism, a secondary work clamp guide mechanism, and a secondary clamp mechanism (302). The control system comprises a primary work clamp feeding device control unit and a secondary work clamp feeding device control unit; both a primary clamp mechanism control unit and a second clamp mechanism control unit comprise clamp mechanism flip control units and clamp mechanism clamping control units. During working, one of feeding modes, i.e., asynchronously feeding by the primary work clamp feeding device and the secondary work clamp feeding device, synchronously feeding by the primary work clamp feeding device and the secondary work clamp feeding device, separately feeding by the primary work clamp feeding device, or separately feeding by the secondary work clamp feeding device is used. The advantage is that the sawing of two boards of different lengths can be completed by means of sawing for one time.
