Title:
CONCRETE BUILDING STRUCTURE AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/252556
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of construction with reinforced precast concrete panels, a variety of building types can be built include the foundation. The benefit of this construction method are save time on construction process and extend the life expectancy of buildings. The reinforced concrete panels will be seamlessly connected to the screw pile foundation to protect the foundation from the risk of crack or swelling of the soil. The new method prevent soil loss as the reinforced precast panels will be installed level by level from the ground during excavate process and create monolithic structure. The space between the panels of walls and floors filled at the site with high density concrete. The panels for foundation made from high density concrete to create a better earthquake-resistant structure. Safety of construction workers increase as installation process takes place from the inside of the structure.

The Embodiments Of The Invention In Which An Exclusive Property Or Privilege Is Claimed Are Defined As Follows:

[0031] 1. in the particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention illustrated, the reinforced precast concrete panel of floors and walls methodically arranged, stabilize with dowel bars and hollow spaces filled with high density concrete at the site. The joint connection between the panels will secure with dowel bars at the site before the filling of concrete.

[0032] 2. The hollow space on the panels and between the panels are created spaces for water pipes, sewage system, fire sprinklers, HVAC ducts, electrical wiring, outlets and garbage chute system which will be installed before the concrete filling.

[0033] 3. The exterior aluminum window frames will be connected to the panels and create seamless structure with easy access to replace and maintenance.

[0034] 4. Advantageously, the method of creating and installing precast panels extend life expectancy of the building. The strong monolithic structure of the building and especially the building foundation with precast panels installed from the ground during excavate process level by level from ground into the soil in order to create required spaces and avoid the danger of soil loss during construction. The method create the most residence to the earth quick and natural causes.

Description:
CONCRETE BUILDING STRUCTURE AND METHOD

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Precast concrete panels and reinforced concrete panels have long been known and widely used for different applications mix with bolt and connection systems; usually created for a specific structure purpose such as bridges, constructional support and exterior walls.

[0002] The term“Precast Concrete Panels” is commonly used in marketing and trade because of mobility and increase the speed of construction process. Available methods widely used to connect the precast panels to steel iron beams structure and limited to the exterior walls. In cases that precast panels connect at the site uses concrete formwork and jacks to hold concrete panels. The existing methods and system are also wasteful of materials during the form work, and wasteful of concrete and rebars.

[0003] Typical methods of precast concrete panels and system are shown, for example, in the following Patents:

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Systems and methods consistent with the present invention provide reinforced precast concrete panels that create monolithic structure include the foundation for construction of a high-rise building.

[0005] The precast panels are combination of walls, floors, ceilings and stairs. The new methods of creating precast panels are include the hollow spaces for water pipes, sewage system, fire sprinklers, HVAC ducts, electrical wiring, outlets and garbage chute system.

[0006] The hollow space between the reinforced concrete panels of walls and floors filled with high density concrete at the site, and the concrete density will be higher for panels used in foundation and between the panels in the entire building in order to achieve most residence to the earth quick and natural causes.

[0007] The methods include the screw pile foundation system which will be connected to the panels for foundation and filled along with high density concrete. The method is less of a noise pollutant than driven pile systems and suited for areas that disturbance to the surrounding area needs to be kept to a minimum.

[0008] To create a monolithic structure in foundation and entire building structure, panels will be installed from the ground during excavate process level by level from ground into the soil in order to create required spaces and avoid the danger of soil loss during construction. [0009] The methods of construction is suited for crowded and residential neighbourhoods as the constructor process create less noise compared with typical development.

[0010] The reinforced precast panels can be used as countermeasures against tsunami and flooding for important sites and areas. The panels can be installed in a short period of time include performing reinforcing work in order to protect against flooding due to tsunami flowing into the inland sea.
