Abstract:

A concrete-containing tire manufacturing method for making waste tires usable as a building material comprising the steps of (A) forming at an arbitrary position of a tire a hole through which concrete is introduced, (B) high-pressure cleaning the inside of the tire with a detergent and water, (C) applying an adhesive for concrete on the entire internal surface of the tire, (D) closing openings of the tire with forms, (E) introducing ready-mixed concrete via the concrete introducing hole, (F) filling the ready-mixed concrete by imparting external vibrations to the tire, and (G) removing the forms from the tire after ready-mixed concrete has been cured.
