Abstract:
Provided is a conductive film that can be formed without the use of a vacuum film forming method and includes, as a conductive element that achieves conductivity, a material that is neither a precious metal nor a special carbon material. This conductive film includes a semiconductor nanoparticle arrangement section. When a cross-section including the arrangement section is observed, in the arrangement section, the semiconductor nanoparticles are arranged in a row and separated from one another, and the conductivity C1 measured in at least one direction is 7S/cm or greater.
