Abstract:
According to the present invention, conductive flexible carbon fibers comprise carbon fibers, a resin layer formed on the carbon fibers, and a metal plating layer formed on the resin layer. According to the present invention, as the resin layer is uniformly coated on the carbon fibers, the carbon fibers can be prevented from breaking down while the conductive carbon fibers are being processed. In addition, by including the metal plating layer plated to a uniform thickness on the resin layer having a uniform thickness, flexibility of the carbon fibers can be enhanced while electrical conductivity is improved. Further, according to the conductive flexible carbon fibers of the present invention, the manufacturing process of the conductive carbon fibers can be simplified, thus reducing the manufacturing cost and time.
