Abstract:
A buoyant conduit storage system (10) comprising a reel (12) for storing conduit and a drive arrangement (14) for rotating the reel. The reel is rotatable about a substantially vertical axis of rotation (16) to reel and/or unreel the conduit. The drive arrangement drives the reel at the axis of rotation. The buoyant storage system may provide for the storage and/or transportation and/or deployment of reelable conduit.
