Abstract:
A congestion alleviation system (1) according to this invention comprises: an identification information provision unit (5) which provides identification information for identifying a car (10) to a portable terminal (6) of a user on board the car (10); an boarding identification unit (16) which uses the identification information to identify that the portable terminal (6) exists in the car (10); a guidance information delivery unit (17) which delivers, to the portable terminal (6), guidance information of prompting a movement from the car (10) to a recommended car different from the car (10) or a recommended train different from a train (100) including the car (10) when the boarding identification unit (16) identifies that the portable terminal (6) exists in the car (10); and a point giving unit (18) which gives a point to the user when the boarding identification unit (16) identifies that the portable terminal (6) of the user who has moved from the car (10) to the recommended car or the recommended train exists in the recommended car or in the recommended train.
