Abstract:
The present application relates to a conjoined forging die for forging a large crank throw. A female die and a trapezoidal die are adjacently arranged on a same die body, and the region where the two dies are adjacent to each other is a region shared by the two dies. The trapezoidal die is formed by connecting three planes, the middle plane faces upwards, the left side of the left plane is low, and the right side of the right plane is low; the female die is formed by connecting three downwardly-recessed arc surfaces, the middle strip-shaped arc surface faces upwards, the left and right sides are crescent-shaped arc surfaces, the outer arc lines of the crescent-shaped arc surfaces are low, the inner arc line edges are connected to the left and right sides of the middle arc surface, and the outer arc lines are connected to the die body. The region where the female die and the trapezoidal die are connected to each other is set as the region shared by the female die and the trapezoidal die. The present application at least has the advantages of saving materials, saving space, high production efficiency and low production cost.
