Abstract:
Provided are: a conjugated diene-based graft polymer having high transparency, heat resistance, and weather resistance; and a method for producing the conjugated diene-based graft polymer. The method for producing the conjugated diene-based graft polymer, in which a side chain (b) composed of a polymer containing at least one monomeric unit selected from the group consisting of conjugated diene units and aromatic vinyl compound units is bonded through a heteroatom Z having a valence of at least 3, which is a branching point, to a main chain (a) composed of a polymer containing a conjugated diene unit, comprises: a step for reacting a polymer having a specific active terminal and a specific functional group-modified conjugated diene-based polymer having a functional group on a side chain to prepare a conjugated diene-based graft polymer; and a step for recovering the obtained conjugated diene-based graft polymer.
