Abstract:
A conjugated polymer donor material, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The conjugated polymer donor material has a structure shown by formula I, wherein X is selected from a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom, R1 is selected from C1-C5 alkyl, R2 is selected from C6-C12 alkyl, and n is an integer selected from 5-1,000. By using the fluorine atom or the chlorine atom for substitution at a specific site, and combining the reasonable selection of an alkyl chain, the hole mobility of an obtained material is high and can reach 1.59×10-3cm2/Vs; moreover, the material can be well matched with a non-fullerene receptor, and has good solubility and solution processibility; and an organic solar cell prepared from the material is high in energy conversion efficiency.
