Provided in the present invention are a connecting mechanism for quick and easy installation of a kitchen and bath apparatus and the kitchen and bath apparatus that is convenient to install, allowing quick installation by a non-professional. The connecting mechanism is provided with a first connecting position and a second connecting position. The first connecting position is used for connecting to a connector of an external steel wire. The second connecting position is used for connecting to a connector of a second connecting steel wire. Of the first connecting position and the second connecting position, at least one is a connecting position that can be removably connected accordingly. The quick and easy to install structure of the present invention corresponds to the installation of either a drainage body or a switch or corresponds to the installation of both, thus not only comprehensively increasing the convenience of the installation, uninstallation, and replacement of a drainage apparatus, reducing transport volume, and reducing costs, but also enabling simple and convenient installation, uninstallation, and replacement by a plumber or user having common knowledge, making the installation, maintenance, and replacement convenient, and eliminating worries after use.
