A connection mechanism (20) and a wearable device (100) comprising the connection mechanism (20). The connection mechanism comprises a cover member (21), a snap-fit member (22), a first structural member (23), and a second structural member (24). The snap-fit member (22) is slidably mounted on the cover member (21), and the snap-fit member (22) comprises a lock portion (222). The first structural member (23) has one end rotatably connected to the cover member (21) and has the other end rotatably connected to the second structural member (24), and the second structural member (24) comprises a lock portion (242). The first structural member (23) and the second first structural member (24) are accommodated in the inner side of the cover member (21) by means of rotation, and when the snap-fit member (22) is located at a first position, the lock portion (222) of the snap-fit member (22) and the lock portion (242) of the second structural member (24) are interlocked. The connection mechanism (20) has few components and parts, so that the cost of the connection mechanism (20) can be reduced.
