Abstract:

CLAIMS

1. A connection node containing at least two parts, and one part contains two interacting elements, each of the elements of one part of the connection node has at least one protrusion, while the other element of the part of the connection node has at least one recess, which in its form repeats the protrusion of another element, the second detail contains at least two holes, and the holes are made with the possibility of entering them each of the protrusions, which are located on the elements of the first part, which differs in that what the lower part of the second part contains a longitudinal groove, and thus formed protrusions are made with the possibility of bending, one of the elements of the first part contains an axial protrusion, and the second part in the part opposite to the part containing the longitudinal groove also contains axial protrusion, while after assembling the connection node axial protrusions are on one line.

2. The connection node according to claim 1, characterized in that each element of the first part on the opposite side, on which the protrusions are located, has protrusions with a locking bend, as well the second part of the connection node on opposite sides has protrusions ending in a lock bending, while the lock bends are made with the possibility of bending after assembly.

3. The connection node according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that all parts of the connection node with any sheet material that has high strength and flexibility.

CONNECTION NODE

The invention belongs to the field of constructor sets, namely separate elements which can be assembled into a toy model, with individual elements of the already assembled model made with the ability to move around its axis. The technical solution used is useful models can be used to assemble toy and souvenir sets, prefabricated mechanical models and other designers, assembled models, of which are obtained by connection in a certain sequence of constituent elements that are included in such sets and provide the necessary fixation of the elements of the finished model.

Such models develop the creative imagination of the person performing the assembly of such a mechanical model, logical thinking, attention, persistence. Such mechanical models include prefabricated models which include elements that can move, three-dimensional puzzles and other toys structures in which there is a need to fix the elements.

From the level of technics it is known shaft and wheel (Patent US3638352, IPC A63 33/10 filing date 29.01.1970), and the shaft has a non-circular cross-section, and the wheel elements have an additional hole to allow the wheel to be mounted on the shaft by pressing on them from one end, thereby fixing the wheel on the shaft to prevent relative rotational movement. The frictional fit between the shaft and the wheels is provided in such a way that the axial displacement can be carried out only by overcoming the friction between them. To this end, in the element of the wheel that surrounds the central hole, provides a cylindrical recess, and the annular spring is located in cylindrical recess so as to exert radial pressure on the shaft, thereby increasing frictional resistance against the axial displacement of the wheel relative to the shaft. Operation of this spring occurs automatically and does not require skills and attention from the user. In addition, the shaft can be tapered at one end to make it easier to attach the wheels. The width of the cylindrical recess or the cavity inside the wheel is larger than the thickness of the spring to prevent jamming of the spring in a cylindrical recess. The cylindrical cavity or recesses are closed in such a way that to completely close the annular spring by means of the sleeve element assembled from the side wheels. The disadvantages of this technical solution are the difficult possibility of disassembling the structure and low reliability due to the lack of rigid fixation.

From the prior technics level it is known node of individual moving elements of the mechanical model that are capable to move around one axis (Patent of Ukraine Ns 95685, IPC A63H 33/00, A63F 9/12, published in Bull. Ns 24, from 25.12.2014), a node of individual moving elements of a mechanical model that are able to move around one axis, contains the

SUBSTITUTE SHEET axis and parts of the individual movable elefnents, which are interconnected. The node contains two groups of components. The first group of components contains at least two separate parts, and each of the individual parts contains a central hole for inserting the axis, each of the parts of the first group contains two rectangular holes, which are symmetrically arranged around the central hole. The second group of components contains two separate parts, which are made in pairs and symmetrical, and each of the parts contains at the edges protrusions and also contains in the central part than one protrusion. The first and second groups of components parts are interconnected by pre-assembling parts of the second group. Disadvantages this technical solution is: insufficient connection reliability, insufficient axis life; execution of details of knot from plywood, and an axis - from a tree with smaller hardness, leads to the rapid wear of the created node.

The closest to the proposed technical solution is a node of individual moving elements of a mechanical model capable of moving around one axis (patent of Ukraine Ns 115090, IPC A63H 33/04, A63H 33/08 (2006.01), A63H 33/10 (2006.01), A63F 9/12 (2006.01), publ. in the bull. NĀ° 7, dated April 10, 2017). A node of individual moving elements of a mechanical model capable of moving around one axis contains a common axis, individual moving parts and parts of such individual movable elements that are interconnected. The node contains the first group of parts and the second group parts, the first group of parts contains at least two separate parts, and each of these the individual parts of this first group of parts contain a central hole for insertion into this the central hole of the axis, in addition, each of at least two separate parts of the first group parts contains at least two rectangular connecting holes, which are located symmetrically around the central hole on each of the individual parts of the first group of parts, and the second group of parts contains at least two separate parts, which are made in pairs symmetrical, and each of these individual parts of the second group of parts contains the edges of the protrusions, in addition, each of these individual parts of the second group of parts contains in the central part no less than one central protrusion. The first group of parts and the second group of parts interconnected by assembling individual parts of the second group of parts with the formation of this assembly between the central protrusions of the individual parts of the second group of parts of the central axial gap, the subsequent insertion of the protrusions, which are located on the edges of individual parts of the second group of parts in at least two rectangular connecting holes of one of the individual parts of the first group of parts and the subsequent insertion of other protrusions, which are located on the edges of the individual parts of the second group of parts in at least two rectangular connectors holes of another individual part of the first group of

SUBSTITUTE SHEET parts, and the subsequent insertion of the axis in the central the hole of one of the individual parts of the first group of parts, in the central axial gap, which formed between the central protrusions of individual parts of the second group of parts and c the central hole of another individual part of the first group of parts. The disadvantages of this technical the solution is: insufficient connection reliability, insufficient axis life; execution of node details from plywood, and the axis - of wood with less hardness, leads to rapid wear created node. The main disadvantages of the presented technical solution are low reliability and properly small connection life due to use as a connector element as an axis in the absence of rigid attachment of the resulting node to the finished mechanical models

It is known that young children play with mechanical sets of toys they need assembly, often have difficulty securing shafts, pulleys, discs and similar elements or other fastening units in the design of vehicles or other mechanical devices. Fastening of such elements on shafts, as a rule, demands use tools or accessories that are difficult for young children to work with.

Background of the invention is the task of obtaining a node connecting elements designer or mechanical model, the design of which allowed to provide fast, easy and at the same time strong connection of details among themselves in all directions and providing reliable fixing of details.

The task is solved by the fact that the connection node contains at least two parts, moreover, one part contains two interacting elements, each of the elements of one the connection node part has at least one protrusion, with the other node part element the connection has at least one recess, which in its shape repeats the protrusion of another element, the second part contains at least two holes, and the holes are made of the possibility of including in them each of the protrusions, which are located on the elements of the first part. The lower part of the second part contains a longitudinal groove, and thus formed protrusions made with the possibility of bendingĀ·, one of the elements of the first part contains an axial protrusion. And the second part in the part opposite to the part containing the longitudinal groove also contains axial protrusion, while after assembling the connection node axial protrusions are on one line.

The connection node differs in that in addition, each element of the first part of the side the opposite, on which the protrusions are located, has protrusions with a locking bend, also the second part of the connection node on opposite sides has protrusions ending in a lock bend, while the lock bends are made with the possibility of bending after assembly.

Additionally, one of the elements of the first part of the connection node contains the axial protrusion. Another detail connection node in the part opposite to the part containing the longitudinal groove also contains axial protrusion. Moreover, after assembling the connection node axial projections are on one line.

Additionally, each element of the first part on the opposite side, on which they are located protrusions, has protrusions with a locking bend, as well as the second part of the connection node from the opposite sides have protrusions ending in a lock bend. The lock bends are made of the possibility of bending after assembly and installation of the unit in a mechanical model.

Additionally, all parts of the connection node are made of any sheet material that has a high strength and flexibility.

The proposed connection node which consists of at least two parts (1), moreover, one part contains two interacting elements (2). Each of the elements one part of the connection node has at least one protrusion (3) with another element of the part connection nodes have at least one recess (4), which in its form repeats the protrusion another element, on the other hand, each element has protrusions with a locking bend (5). The length, width of the protrusions and, as appropriates, the depth of the recesses, and their shape may vary depending on the execution of the connection node.

Also, the second part (1) on opposite sides has protrusions ending in a lock bend (7). Additionally, the lower part of the second part contains a longitudinal groove (8), which is intended for assembly of the connection node, and thus formed protrusions (9), in the lower part of the bend in opposite from each other.

Another detail in the part opposite the part containing the longitudinal groove (8) also contains an axial protrusion (11). Moreover, after assembling the connection node axial projections are on the same line.

The invention is illustrated by the following example but is not limited to it.

To obtain the connection node, all parts must be assembled and a rigid structure obtained by collecting them. In one embodiment of the invention, namely the assembly of the node the connection is carried out as follows.

The connection node will consist of flat parts (1), and one part consists of two elements (2). Assembly is carried out as follows, combining the elements (2) of the part (1), and the protrusion (3) of each of the elements (2) is inserted into the holes (6) of the second part and then in recesses (4) located on the opposite element (2). Deepening (4) in shape repeat the protrusions (6), so assembled in this way, is formed of two elements (2) part (1) of the connection node. In the process of assembling the connection node longitudinal groove (8) inserted into another part so that the parts of the connection node are located one on the other relative to the other perpendicularly.

Obtained after assembly, the connection node contains on opposite sides of the axial protrusions (10, 11), which allow you to place the resulting connection node in a mechanical model. Lock bends (5, 7) and the protrusions formed by the longitudinal groove allow you to fix the resulting node connections in a mechanical model by bending them after its final installation.

After assembly in the proposed method, the connection node is ready for use in any which way. All elements of the proposed connection node are made of sheet material having high strength and flexibility. For example, as such material can be used sheet metal, wood and its combinations, plastics and composite materials, etc.
