Abstract:
A connector, particularly a connector capable of receiving two flat cables, comprises a connecting seat (2). Flat-cable insertion slots (21) are provided on one end of the connecting seat (2). Two flat-cable insertion slots (21) are provided and are spaced apart from each other. Multiple terminal insertion slots (22) are provided at equal intervals in each flat-cable insertion slot (21). The terminal insertion slots (22) communicate with the flat-cable insertion slots (21). A circuit board insertion slot (24) is provided on the other end of the connecting seat (2). The circuit board insertion slot (24) is located between the two flat-cable insertion slots (21). The circuit board insertion slot (24) communicates with the terminal insertion slots (22). Multiple contact terminals (3) are provided, and are respectively fixed in the terminal insertion slots (22). An inner pressing portion (35) and an outer pressing portion (34) are provided on each contact terminal (3). The inner pressing portions (35) are located at the flat-cable insertion slots (21). The outer pressing portions (34) are located at the circuit board insertion slot (24). Flat cables (5) are respectively detachably inserted into the flat-cable insertion slots (21). The flat cables (5) are detachably connected to the inner pressing portion (35). A circuit board (1) is detachably inserted into the circuit board insertion slot (24). The circuit board (1) is detachably connected to the outer pressing portion (34). The connector has a simple structure, can be used without being soldered to a circuit board, does not occupy an area on the circuit board, is easy to plug and unplug, and has a reliable connection.
