Abstract:
A connector (10) comprises: a circuit substrate (200) connected to a signal line (300); a first heat transfer material (400) disposed on a major surface (204) of the circuit substrate (200); an electrically conductive first shell (110) of which an end portion (117), with a terminal part of the circuit substrate (200) protruding from the end portion (117), fits with a counterpart connector, and which includes an opposing portion (111b) opposing at least a part of a region of concern that is a region of the circuit substrate (200) other than the terminal part, the electrically conductive first shell (110) covering at least a part of the region of concern; a second shell (120) which is connected to the end portion of the first shell (110), covers at least a part of the region of concern on the major surface (204) of the circuit substrate (200), is in contact with the first heat transfer material (400), and is connected to the circuit substrate (200) in a thermally conductive manner; and an electrically conductive third shell (130) which is engaged with the second shell (120) and covers at least a part of the region of concern on the major surface (205) of the circuit substrate (200). The shells (110, 120, 130) cover the region of concern of the circuit substrate (200).
