Abstract:
This constant current constant voltage circuit is provided with a first resistor (R1), an N channel-type first transistor (M1), an N channel-type second transistor (M2), a P channel-type third transistor (M3), a P channel-type fourth transistor (M4), a fifth transistor (M5), a second resistor (R2), and a first constant voltage element (D1). The constant current constant voltage circuit is subjected to bias setting such that the source potential of the first transistor (M1) and the source potential of the fifth transistor (M5) are equal to each other, and a constant current is flowed to the second transistor (M2), and a constant voltage is generated at an intermediate node (14).
