Disclosed is a constant-temperature and constant-humidity wine cabinet having multiple temperature zones, comprising: partition components for dividing a wine storage chamber into a plurality of compartments; each compartment is provided with an air duct cover plate, forming an air duct with a rear wall of an inner container, and provided with an air return port and an air exhaust port; an evaporator; a water storage element, provided at the bottom of the evaporator; an air supply device for drawing air flow from the compartment and blowing same to the evaporator, at least part of the air flow flowing through a first side face of the evaporator and then being blown to the compartment, and the remaining part of the air flow flowing through a second side face of the evaporator and the water storage element and being blown to the compartment; and a controller for receiving a signal outputted by a temperature and humidity detection element, and adjusting the states of a compressor and each air supply device.
