Abstract:
A construction elevator wall-attaching frame mounting platform attached to a steel platform formwork and method therefor. The mounting platform comprises an electric hoist (1), a hanging basket (2), four guide rails (3), and limiting pins (4). The four guide rails (3) are hung on a steel platform steel beam (5). A plurality of connecting rods (6) is equidistantly provided between two of the guide rails (3) to form a ladder. The lower ends of the four guide rails (3) are connected by means of steel profiles (8) and a seal steel plate is laid on said lower ends. The hanging basket (2) is hung in the space formed by the four guide rails (3) by means of the electric hoist (1). The four guide rails (3) form a square frame. The cross section of the hanging basket (2) is square. Each guide rail (3) is provided, along the longitudinal direction thereof, with a row of pin holes, i.e., first pin holes. The columns around the hanging basket (2) are separately provided with a pin hole, i.e., a second pin holes. The pin holes of the hanging basket (2) and the pin holes on the guide rails (3) are connected by means of the pins (4). The columns around the hanging basket (2) are separately provided with a groove block. The groove block is provided with a groove (9) matching the contour of the corresponding guide rail (3). A construction method for the construction elevator wall-attaching frame mounting platform attached to a steel platform formwork comprises: first, mount the platform; then, mount a construction elevator wall-attaching frame using the platform; finally, a work leaves the hanging basket by the ladder after the wall-attaching frame is mounted. The mounting platform can be ascended synchronously with a steel platform and avoids frequent assembling/disassembling processes. In addition, the lateral rigidity of the mounting platform is enhanced, such that the security during the construction of the wall-attaching frame is improved.
