Abstract:
Provided is a construction equipment management system whereby abnormal states in construction equipment can be accurately detected. A management system for air conditioning devices comprising a command transmission unit, a response reception unit, a detection unit, a time measurement unit, a mode setting unit, and a calculation unit. The command transmission unit sends commands to equipment in the air conditioning devices. The response reception unit receives responses indicating that the equipment has achieved a state corresponding to the command. The detection unit detects abnormal states. An abnormal state is a state in which, after the command transmission unit has sent a command, the response reception unit has not received a response before a reference time has lapsed. The time measurement unit measures the time from when the command transmission unit has sent the command to when the response reception unit has received the response. The mode setting unit sets the management system operation mode to a reference time calculation mode for calculating the reference time. When set to the reference time measurement mode, the calculation unit calculates the reference time on the basis of the measurement results from the time measurement unit.
