Abstract:

A pair of boss parts (17L, 17R) connected via boss pipes (18) is welded to the tip end of an arm (7), a connecting pin (16) is supported so as to be able to rotate within bushings (20L, 20R) of each boss part (17L, 17R), and a bracket (8b) of a bucket (8) is connected to both ends of the connecting pin (16). An inner pipe (25) is fitted into the connecting pin (16) on the inner circumferential side of the boss pipe (18), and a grease passage (26) is demarcated between the connecting pin (16) and the inner pipe (25). The gaps between the left and right boss pipes (18) and the inner pipe (25) are sealed with side plates (27L, 27R), and a pair of grease chambers (28L, 28R) are demarcated that communicate with each other via the grease passage (26). The base end of a grease supply pipe (29, 30) is welded to the center, in the axial (C) direction, of the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe (25), and the tip end is opened on the left side plate (7L) of the arm (7), a nipple (33) being mounted thereto.
