Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a construction material manufacturing device, and a method for manufacturing construction material, suited to applying changes in a receiver width direction for a raw construction material accumulation amount on a receiver for making a construction material which receives a raw construction material under sieve portions that screen the raw building material. [Solution] The construction material manufacturing device is provided with sieve portions 10 and a receiver 30 which receives a raw construction material M that has passed through mesh of the sieve portions 10. The sieve portions 10 have sheets which are capable of undulating motion while the device is running, are inclined, and are continuous in the inclined direction, and a series of the sheets includes a sieve sheet 12 and a sieve sheet 13 which is lower. In the sieve sheet 12, meshes which are the same size are arranged at an equal pitch in a sheet width direction W. In the sieve sheet 13, meshes which are two or more different sizes are arranged, or mesh regions R1 and non-mesh regions R2 are arranged. The receiver 30 can move under the series of sheets. In the method for manufacturing construction material, this device is used to form, on the receiver 30, a mat having a first layer passing through the sieve sheet 12 and a second layer passing through the sieve sheet 13 in the construction material M.
