Abstract:
The invention relates to a construction material, comprising a foam material (2) with open pores (3) and a closed external outer skin (5) which is formed in such a way that the construction material has a high resistancy to impact and puncture and ballistic forces. This is achieved by filling the pores (3) with a dilatant mass (4).
