Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention relates to a construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) which prevent the problem of not being able to make coffee in desired consistency as a result of the construction of the water tank (2) not sitting on the rear body (3) in the coffee machines (A) as a result of not being able to provide the desired amount and flow rate, characterized in that comprises; the water tank switch nail (2.3) formed on the rear side of said construction of the water tank (2), the nail slot (7.1), where said water tank switch nail (2.3) is housed when said construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on said rear body (3), the switch assembly (7) where said nail slot (7.1) is located, switch (7.4) which is transmitting information to the at least one main board (4) that the construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on the rear body (3) by pushing the water tank switch nail (2.3) passing through said nail slot (7.1) and instructing the operation of the coffee machine (A).

2. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to claim 1; the sitting nails (2.4) that count the locking of said construction of the water tank (2) on the rear body (3) by sitting in the slots located on said rear body (3).

3. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; jut (2.2) which moves the construction of the water tank (2) a certain amount forward by pushing the surface of said rear body (3) after said cover (2.1) is opened with the opening angle (a) that removes the seating nails (2.4) from the housing and releases the construction of the water tank (2).

4. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the support legs (2.5) formed on the underside of said construction of the water tank (2) which allows said construction of the water tank (2) to sit stably on the rear body (3).

5. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the support leg seat (3.1), where said support legs (2.5) are seated on the rear body (3).

6. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the switch front body (7.2), where said nail slot (7.1) is located.

7. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; silicon (7.3) positioned between the switch front body (7.2) and the switch (7.4) to prevent external factors such as water and dust from entering the switch assembly (7) and damaging the switch (7.4).

8. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the switch stabilizer apparatus (7.5), which enables said switch (7.4) to be secured in the switch assembly (7).

9. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; the sum of the switch nail distance (X1) and the silicon thickness (X2) values for the correct operation of said switch (7.4) is greater than the value of the switch operating distance (X3).

10. A construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) according to any of the preceding claims; said leg seat (3.1) also comprises a water discharge housing.

Description:
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TANK FOR COFFEE MACHINES

Technical Field

The invention relates to the construction of a water tank in which water is supplied to automatic coffee machines.

In particular, the invention relates to the construction of a water tank for coffee machines which avoids the problem of not sitting in the water tank which prevents the transfer of water in the desired amount and flow rate.

Background of the Invention

Coffee, especially Turkish coffee culture and tradition, dates back to the 16th century when coffee was served in coffee houses in Istanbul. There are two famous aspects of tradition that make the taste unique and contribute to socialization.

As a type of beverage, Turkish coffee has special preparation techniques and these techniques are still used today. Traditional methods used in coffee preparation have led to the development of special tools such as coffee pots, cups, mortars and silverware with artistic value. Thanks to the preparation techniques that require time, Turkish coffee leaves its taste and freshness in your palate for a long time. It is softer, flavoured and dense than other kinds of coffees. It is very easy to separate Turkish coffee from other coffees with its unique aroma, its whiteness and its foam.

Turkish coffee is not only a beverage, but also a social work that combines cultural gaps, social values and beliefs to socialize. The role of socializing Turkish coffee is based on the opening of the first coffeehouses in Istanbul, with its noteworthy decorations. Coffee shops were the places where people were drinking coffee, chatting, sharing news, reading books and socializing. Tradition is a symbol of hospitality, friendship, kindness and entertainment in itself. All this is stated by the famous Turkish proverb in a cup of coffee has forty years' sake. Even though these preparation techniques are used in the present day, it is needed to give a much faster practical method of cooking if we think that people's time is very valuable in daily life. For this reason, a new generation of Turkish coffee machines has started to be produced.

There are automatic coffee machines which transfer the water which is located in the water tank to the cooking chamber by means of a pump and which is based on the mixture of coffee and sugar with water.

The general working principle of the automatic coffee machines is always the same. The water drawn from a water tank by means of a pump and flow meter is sprayed into the tank and the coffee is cooked by heating the resistance at the base by mixing with the powdered coffee and sugar in the tank.

In these coffee machines, the water tank is not fully seated and prevents the water drawn by the engine from flowing in the desired amount. This directly affects the intensity of the coffee and thus its flavor.

If the water tank does not sit on the coffee machine at all, it does not give any warning, but the user is warned because it does not work. However, there is no condition that prevents the coffee machine from operating if it is half-seated or not zero-seated.

This is a factor that prevents the coffee machine from making coffee at the desired flavor.

In the coffee machines used in the present art, many different applications have been made for the water tank to be fully seated.

However, the main purpose of the mentioned applications is to ensure that the water tank is fully seated in the housing or as a guide. However, due to user errors, a faulty seating process cannot prevent the above problems in spite of the aforementioned applications.

In other words, there is no configuration that prevents the coffee machine from operating and warns the user during faulty seating.

In the European patent document EP1758491 B1 relates to “This invention relates to an automatic coffee machine designed with the inspiration of conventional cooking methods, used to cook Turkish coffee with its traditional flavor and consistency in a short period of time, suitable to be used in homes and especially in crowded places such as hotels, restaurants or cafes, wherein means are provided to improve the delivering of water from the water reservoir to the cooking chambers, where Turkish coffee is prepared, by means of pumps.”

In said embodiment, a coffee machine is disclosed which is cooked in the cooking chamber by drawing water from a water tank by the water pump.

In the European patent document EP1768533B1 relates to “ This invention relates to a coffee machine which is designed with the inspiration of conventional cooking methods, is used to cook Turkish coffee with its traditional flavor and consistency in a short period of time in accordance, in desired amounts, suitable to be used in homes and especially in crowded places such as hotels, restaurants or cafes and, which comprises an attachable and detachable water reservoir to store the water used while preparing Turkish coffee, wherein means are provided so that water can easily be added.”

In said embodiment, a plurality of level sensors are disclosed, which warns the user of a drop in water level and performs this process by measuring the resistance difference in the water and in the dry environment.

In the European patent document EP3039997B1 relates to” The present invention relates to a Turkish coffee cooking and serving machine having a cooking compartment whose inner volume is heated by a heater and wherein coffee mixture including Turkish coffee, water and optionally sugar is cooked; and when the cooking process is completed, providing transfer of the cooked coffee mixture in the cooking compartment through a discharge spout to a beverage receptacle for serving the cooked coffee to people.”

In the said application, a coffee machine including a water tank, a water pump, a level sensor and a stirrer is disclosed.

In the European patent document EP2525693B1 relates to “A beverage preparation machine comprises, a beverage preparation module; a removable reservoir assembled to the beverage preparation module and disassemblable therefrom for removal; and a lid for covering the reservoir. The lid has a fastening arrangement for securing the reservoir against the beverage preparation module when the reservoir is assembled to the module.”

In said embodiment, a nail configuration is disclosed to ensure that the water tank is fully fitted to the coffee machine.

In none of the aforementioned embodiments, there is a configuration which prevents the operation of the coffee machine and warns the user during faulty seating.

Due to the above-mentioned disadvantages, there was a need to provide construction of a water tank for coffee machines.

Disclosure of the Invention

From this position of the art, it is an object of the invention to provide a new water tank configuration for coffee machines which overcomes the present disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows the water required for coffee making to be transferred to the machine at any desired amount and flow rate.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which does not work in order to prevent faulty coffee making if the water tank is not fully seated. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which warns the users if the insufficient water tank is not fully seated.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows the same flavor to be made after the water tank is removed and installed.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which prevents the electronic evenings from being damaged by contact with water.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention is illustrated only by examples which will have no limiting effect on a better understanding of the subject matter.

The invention relates to ,a construction of the water tank (2) for the coffee machines (A) which prevent the problem of not being able to make coffee in desired consistency as a result of the construction of the water tank (2) not sitting on the rear body (3) in the coffee machines (A) as a result of not being able to provide the desired amount and flow rate, characterized in that comprises; the water tank switch nail (2.3) formed on the rear side of said construction of the water tank (2), the nail slot (7.1), where said water tank switch nail (2.3) is housed when said construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on said rear body (3), the switch assembly (7) where said nail slot (7.1) is located, switch (7.4) which is transmitting information to the at least one main board (4) that the construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on the rear body (3) by pushing the water tank switch nail (2.3) passing through said nail slot (7.1) and instructing the operation of the coffee machine (A).

The coffee machine (A) according to the invention consists of main parts that; main body (1), rear body (3) formed on the back side of said main body (1), construction of the water tank (2) providing water supply of said coffee machine (A), main board (4) providing automation of coffee machine (A), the water motor (5), which draws the water into the coffee machine (A) in said construction of the water tank (2), the warning light (6), which provides the user with the effects such as visuality, naturalness in the compartment where said construction of the water tank (2) is positioned and installed under said construction of the water tank (2), switch assembly (7) formed on said rear body (3) which makes said coffee machine (A) ready for operation by fully fitting the embodiment on the rear body (3).

The construction of the water tank (2) according to the invention consists of main parts that, the cover (2.1) located at the top of the water tank configuration (2), the sitting nails (2.4) that count the locking of said construction of the water tank (2) on the rear body (3) by sitting in the slots located on said rear body (3), jut (2.2) which moves the construction of the water tank (2) a certain amount forward by pushing the surface of said rear body (3) after said cover (2.1) is opened with the opening angle (a) that removes the seating nails (2.4) from the housing and releases the construction of the water tank (2), the water tank switch nail (2.3) formed on the rear side of said construction of the water tank (2), the support legs (2.5) formed on the underside of said construction of the water tank (2) which allows said construction of the water tank (2) to sit stably on the rear body (3) and the water outlet hole (2.6) where the water in the said construction of the water tank (2) exits.

Said support legs (2.5) fit into the support leg seat (3.1) formed on the rear body (3). Said support leg seat (3.1) are also used as water drain housings in an embodiment of the invention.

The switch assembly (7) according to the invention consists of main parts that; the nail slot (7.1), where said water tank switch nail (2.3) is housed when said construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on the rear body (3), the switch front body (7.2), where said nail slot (7.1) is located, switch (7.4) which is transmitting information to the at least one main board (4) that the construction of the water tank (2) is fully seated on the rear body (3) by pushing the water tank switch nail (2.3) passing through said nail slot (7.1) and instructing the operation of the coffee machine (A), silicon (7.3) positioned between the switch front body (7.2) and the switch (7.4) to prevent external factors such as water and dust from entering the switch assembly (7) and damaging the switch (7.4) and the switch stabilizer apparatus (7.5), which enables said switch (7.4) to be secured in the switch assembly (7).

In the said coffee machine (A), when the construction of the water tank (2) is desired to be placed on the rear body (3), the user places the support legs (2.5) to the support leg seat (3.1), and from the upper side, places the seating nails (2.4) on the switch assembly (7).

In this case, said water tank switch nail (2.3) fits into the nail slot (7.1) and presses the silicon (7.3). Said water tank switch nail (2.3) presses the switch (7.4) located behind the silicone (7.3), informing the switch (7.4) that the main board (4) is fully seated on the rear body (3) of the construction of the water tank (2).

This means that the construction of the water tank (2) is properly inserted into the coffee machine (A) and that the coffee machine (A) is ready for operation.

For the correct operation of the switch (7.4), the sum of the switch nail distance (X1) and the silicon thickness (X2) values must not be less than the switch operating distance (X3) value. If it is small, the switch (7.4) will not work.

Therefore, the sum of the switch nail distance (X1) and silicon thickness (X2) values are calculated in accordance with the switch operating distance (X3).

When the user opens the cover (2.1) located at the top of the construction of the water tank (2) by a certain opening angle (a), the jut (2.2) on said cover (2.1) push the rear body (3) of the coffee machine (A) to make the construction of the water tank (2) allows a certain amount to move forward. In this way, the seating nails (2.4) come out of the housing and release the construction of the water tank (2). If said water tank switch nail (2.3) does not enter said nail slot (7.1 ) and therefore does not push the switch (7.4), it is understood that said water tank configuration (2) is not fully seated on the rear body (3) and the main board (4) prevents the coffee machine (A) from operating.
