Abstract:
A container sterilization device and system, an assembling method and use thereof. The container sterilization device (10) includes a sterilization gas supply assembly, a gas circulation assembly, and a heating and humidification assembly. The sterilization gas supply assembly includes a chemical feeding pipeline (110). The gas circulation assembly includes a gas circulation pipeline (220), a gas extraction pipeline (230), and a vacuum pump (210) disposed on the gas extraction pipeline (230). The heating and humidification assembly includes a thermostatic water tank (310), a steam generator (320), a first connecting pipeline (330), and a humidity feeding pipeline (340). The first connecting pipeline (330) is configured to provide fluid communication between the thermostatic water tank (310) and the steam generator (320), while the humidity feeding pipeline (340) is configured to be in fluid communication with the steam generator (320). The chemical feeding pipeline (110), the gas circulation pipeline (220), and the gas extraction pipeline (230) are each at least partially located in the thermostatic water tank (310).
