Abstract:
A continuous conduit apparatus based on a guide injection integrated mechanism, comprising a straightening apparatus (8) and a pair of chain wheel and chain clamping assemblies (1) used for clamping a conduit (7) and pulling the conduit (7) to descend into a well or be pulled out, a conduit guide channel for the conduit (7) to pass through being formed between the chain wheel and chain clamping assemblies (1), and an inlet and an outlet of the conduit guide channel being not on a same straight line; the straightening apparatus (8) being used for straightening the conduit (7); and the two chain wheel and chain clamping assemblies (1) each comprising a chain wheel set, a chain, clamping blocks (3) mounted on the chain, and push plates used for pressing the clamping block (3), preferably, the conduit guide channel being in a circular arc shape, and a clamping surface of the clamping blocks (3) having a certain radian in a guide direction. Guide and injection functions are integrated, and the straightening apparatus (8) is additionally provided, so that it can be ensured that underground abrasion is not increased while the height of a device is effectively reduced; and the present invention is particularly suitable for operation environments having limited space height, such as operation in coal mine tunnels.
