Abstract:
Provided is a control device of an automatic transmission in which a supercharger is prevented from reaching high temperature and causing degradation in durability during manual-mode travel. An automatic transmission connected to an engine (1) provided with a supercharger (2) has a manual mode which allows selection of a desired gear ratio by manual operation from among a plurality of fixed gear ratios. The control device for an automatic transmission is provided with a gear ratio modification means (43) for modifying the gear ratio to a high-side fixed gear ratio to reduce the speed of the engine (1) when the manual-mode setting state has been detected by a manual-mode detection means and the temperature of the supercharger has been determined by a temperature determination means (31) to have reached a predetermined value or greater.
