Abstract:
The present invention aims at recognizing the state of wefts more finely so as to correctly provide warning or control and predicting troubles involved with weft insertion from the present state of wefts by cause of trouble so as to provide warning or control. The control device in the loom comprises a neural network control means for receiving a plurality of parameters indicating the weaving state of the loom and for outputting the result of calculation on the basis of the sum of the products of the above-described parameters and weight factors, so that the control device can change weaving conditions or output a warning signal on the basis of a signal output from the neural network control means, and can additionally have the warning signal indicate the degrees of danger of possible troubles.
