Abstract:
This disclosure is characterized by comprising: an EV information management unit (101) that manages charging/discharging capability information on a plurality of electric vehicles; a schedule information management unit (102) that manages schedule information on charging/discharging of the electric vehicles; a charging/discharging device information management unit (103) that manages charging/discharging device information on charging/discharging devices; a facility information management unit (106) that manages information on electricity charges; a charging/discharging device grouping unit (104) that groups the charging/discharging devices on the basis of the charging/discharging device information; an allocation restriction setting unit (105) that sets a restriction on allocation of the charging/discharging devices on the basis of the schedule information for each group of charging/discharging devices; and a charging/discharging plan creation unit (107) that creates a charging/discharging plan by allocating the groups of charging/discharging devices to the electric vehicles so as to reduce an electricity cost on the basis of the restriction on allocation, the charging/discharging capability information, and the information on electricity charges.
