Abstract:
The present invention provides a control device, for a rotating electric machine, and an electric power steering device that, regardless of increases/decreases in rotational angular velocity, can appropriately carry out weak magnetic flux by appropriately increasing and decreasing the increment in the negative direction of a d-axis current without using information regarding inductance and interlinkage magnetic flux of a rotor. When a q-axis current command value (Iqo) is a positive value, a control device (10) for a rotating electric machine changes a d-axis current command value (Ido) on the basis of the deviation (ΔIq_erroff) between a q-axis current detection value (Iqs) and an offset q-axis current command value (Iqoffo) obtained by substracting a positive q-axis offset value (ΔIqoff) from the q-axis current command value (Iqo).
