Abstract:
Disclosed is a feedback control device for stroke of an actuator driven by a working fluid, that can compensate the aging or the like of a flow control valve for controlling the working fluid, and executes a precise control of a stroke by a simple means.  A control device for stroke of an actuator (110) is provided with a single flow control valve (1) for controlling the feed and discharge of the working fluid, so that the feedback control of the stroke is executed by operating the flow control valve (1).  The flow control valve (1) has a neutral position for stopping the feed and discharge of the working fluid, and a flow control valve control device (9) has a learning device (91) for learning the fluctuations of the neutral position.  In the feedback control, a learned value of the neutral position, which is attained by the learning device (91), is added to a feedback operation quantity outputted by a PID operation unit (94), so that the flow control valve (1) is operated to compensate the change in flow characteristics resulting from the aging or the like.
